In February, Sue returned from a wonderful 2 weeks at Ahilya Fort, Maheshwar, on the bank of the sacred Narmada River in Madhya Pradesh. Painting “en plein air”, she captured many colourful scenes which are shown in the India section of the Gallery. During her visit there was a Classical Indian Music Festival where Sue was pictured (second row extreme right) by the local paper, with the Prince and his wife in the front row!
